Terms & returns

All DVDs are guaranteed. Retro and Classic Flixs will replace any defective disc due to playback issues, including a disc that skips, freezes or arrives dead on arrival.

Returns are not offered for dissatisfaction with source material, aspect ratio, audio level, image quality compared with current HD or Blu-ray technology, or cover art where the movie content is as described in the listing. All titles are sold as is and all sales are final.

Before purchasing, please read the product information carefully. If you receive a defective or dead-on-arrival DVD, report the issue within 10 days of receipt. A replacement disc will be sent.
